Hatfield wanted to relate to busy, on-the-go women and give them ideas on how to use their pork products, in a fresh way.

The headline is also the theme running throughout Hatfield’s media. Worked on the sales promotion trade brochure, as well as the consumer TV and radio.

The line I originally developed was “What’s on Your Plate Today?” However, some dinky restaurant out in Lancaster County, PA, was already using that.
